Your Mission

As our Production and Installation Manager, you will become part of a small and dedicated team of four, where each person plays a crucial role. In this position, you will be the sole specialist in your field, taking full ownership of your area while working closely with the rest of the team. As the company grows, so will your opportunities to shape your role and influence our journey.

You will be the driving force behind Flow Loop’s internal production, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will plan, organize, and execute production and final quality control, manage inventory, and continuously improve our processes. You will also be hands-on with customer installations, collaborate with our sales team, and occasionally roll up your sleeves to carry out installations yourself.

Your Work

Assembly, repair, and installation of Flow Loop’s innovative products – involving both mechanical and electronic components as well as software installation
In production, you will be supported by part-time staff as needed, depending on production volumes
Keep inventory organized and ensure on-time deliveries to customers
Collaborate with suppliers and external partners, negotiate prices and terms
Support installation projects, train installers, and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime
Handle customer challenges with a solution-focused mindset
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to keep processes efficient and innovative
You will receive the necessary training to excel in this role.

Who You Are

Experienced in assembly, production, or technical solutions
A practical, energetic problem-solver with a technical mindset
A strong communicator with a service-oriented approach
Cost-conscious and passionate about lean, efficient work processes
Reliable, proactive, and excited to be part of a growing, innovative team
Industry insight or experience from a startup environment is considered a valuable asset
