Then YOU are the person we’re looking for! Flow Loop is on the hunt for an energetic and inspiring Product Owner to shape the future of our groundbreaking LOOP Recirculating Shower – a solution designed to save both water and energy, bringing sustainability into everyday life.

With three production sites in Sweden and sales companies across the Nordics and the UK, the group has a turnover of around 700 MSEK. Your mission:
As our new Product Owner, you’ll be part of a small and dedicated team of four, where each person plays a vital role. In this position, you’ll be the only specialist in your field, taking full ownership of your area while working closely with the rest of the team. As the company grows, so will your opportunities to shape your role and influence our journey. You’ll be at the forefront of making sure our product is top-notch – in design, functionality, and quality.

Together with our fantastic team and partners, you’ll lead the journey from the first idea to the finished product. You’ll keep us aligned with standards, drive collaboration, and most importantly, help deliver an outstanding experience for our customers. Along the way, you’ll take ownership of optimizing costs, improving performance, and strengthening our product portfolio – a role that’s dynamic, fun, and forward-thinking!

Your key responsibilities:

• Define and develop market-relevant specifications for the LOOP shower
• Ensure our products meet all applicable standards and norms
• Create and maintain existing documentation – drawings, manuals, instructions
• Speed up cost optimization without compromising quality
• Work systematically to increase customer satisfaction and reduce complaints, while continuously testing, evaluating, and improving with the customer in mind.
• Lead our production and ensure that all products pass QC
• Take the lead in collaborating with our talented contract manufacturers
• Actively participate in cross-organizational projects and help shape the future of our product range
• IPR – Seeks patents to protect our innovations and secure freedom to operate

Who are you?

• An experienced mechanical engineer or similar with 5+ years of product development experience – especially within mechanical design, water treatment, mechatronics, and design for manufacturing
• An inspiring leader with solid management experience, capable of guiding their team, building engagement, and achieving ambitious goals.
• Fluent in English – international collaboration is part of the journey
• A solution-oriented team player with an eye for detail and a positive attitude that brings energy to the team!

Industry insight or experience from a startup environment is considered a valuable merit!
