Flow Loop is looking for an energetic and inspiring Sales & Marketing Lead to drive the growth of our innovative LOOP Recirculating Shower – a game-changing solution that saves water and energy while bringing sustainability into everyday life.
We’re backed by Vitas Group AB – a family-owned group with strong roots and a forward-looking mindset. With three production sites in Sweden and sales companies across the Nordics and the UK, the group has a turnover of around 700 MSEK. How you’ll make an impact
As Flow Loops Sales & Marketing Lead, you’ll be part of a small and dedicated team of four, where each person plays a vital role. In this position, you’ll be the only specialist in your field, taking full ownership of your area while working closely with the rest of the team. As the company grows, so will your opportunities to shape your role and influence our journey.
You will play a pivotal role in accelerating the company’s growth by expanding our customer base, increasing revenue, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
The focus is on winning, developing, and establishing a strong beach head market in Denmark from where we can scale. With your entrepreneurial mindset you find ways to sell a product that the market doesn’t know yet. Your role is to inspire customers to see that the future of showering combines saving water and energy with an outstanding experience. You will drive marketing and sales initiatives and establish the foundation for scaling the business.
Your key responsibilities:
- Drive sales through a structured pipeline and smart CRM use.
- Create strong reference cases that can be used to scale market expansion.
- Lead sales, marketing, and communication to boost visibility and impact.
- Secure orders and ensure loyalty through top-class service and rollout plans.
- Be the customer’s voice internally across supply chain, product development, and service.
- Engage partners like architects, plumbers, and maintenance companies.
- Win new business with targeted activities across Denmark.
- Market expansion plan when we have succeeded in our beach head market
- Shape strategy and exceed targets with confidence and drive.
We believe you:
- Have commercial or technical education; experience in building design or construction is a plus
- Have proven experience in equipment and project sales
- Industry insight or experience from a startup environment is considered a valuable merit
- Are skilled about value-based selling and skilled at building strong business cases around customer projects
- Have a deep understanding of customer decision-making processes and buying centers
- Are fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written
